What can I expect for scheduling?
Depending on the certification, scheduling typically includes 1-4 hours of independent study per course hour, and no more than 1 coaching hour per week. Participants who complete their independent study as they go complete the Custom Program in as little as 3 months, individual levels of certification in as little as 4 months, or the TIACCP in as little as 9 months.
Are training hours recognized by ICF or other accreditation institutes?
In Nov. 2004 TIA was recognized by the International Coach Federation, slotted at the top of the ICF Conference's Masters Track as an example of the most sophisticated leading-edge coaching method available. Surveys of coaches conducted in 2003 and 2004 showed that:
- Many coaches certified by ICF-accredited institutions are not very good at what they do (as reported by themselves and their fellow coaches).
- An estimated 73% of coaches certified by ICF-accredited schools no longer work as coaches 2-3 years after they certify.
- Over 90% of coaches would not recommend their coaching schools to others.
The TIACCP was designed specifically to outpace, include and transcend ICF standards, bringing new vision and new standards of excellence and success to the Coaching community. Thus we are recognized by, not accredited by, the ICF.
Meanwhile, we deeply appreciate the pioneering ICF has brought to the coaching world, and will continue to include ICF standards in the TIA Coach Certification Program.

| TIA CCP (Level 3 Certification) |

Two distinct Coach Training programs are currently being provided. The Integrated Approach's Coach Certification Program (TIACCP) differs from the Custom Program in that it combines the TIA Content Certification, TIA Practitioner Certification, and the Coach Training tools and templates found in the Custom Program into one program. Here you will become masterful at identifying and applying Best Practices across many traditions and modalities. Additionally, approximately 1/3 of the program focuses on professional Coaching Training and Business Building. A priority in the TIACCP is to support you in building a base of paid coaching clientelle within 8 months, while you at the same time qualify yourself beyond ICF-standard skill sets. The training is self-paced, typically 36 hours in personalized coaching and 36-60 hours in independent study. In addition to priviledges provided at lower certification levels, as a registered TIA Certified Coach you are qualified to receive referrals and leads from us and our partners, and you'll enjoy endorsement and promotion on the TIA and Integrated Coaches websites (starting in 2008).

| Custom Coach Certification Program |
|
|
The second Coach Certification option is the Custom Coach Training Program. About 1/3 of the investment, this course of study is reserved for graduates of other traditions who wish to build a coaching business. Thus the purpose of the program is solely to provide you with the templates, tools, business-building foundation, coaching-culture protocols / information and support so that you may develop your coaching around your non-TIA skillset. With approximately 24-36 hours of independent study and 12 hours of personal coaching, participants of the program typically enjoy a paid clientelle base within 3-6 months. However, since the primary coaching tools were not provided by TIA, we do not vouch for the level of mastery among Custom Program graduates, therefore completion of this certification program does not entitle you to TIA leads or referrals, but *does* give you all you need to build your coaching business.

| Level 1 - TIA Content Certification |
|
|
The first level of TIA Certification is the Content Certification Program. As an overview of TIA, practitioners are exposed to dozens of schools of thought, supporting personal development and application to relationship, family, business, and group/culture dynamics. The purpose of the program is to provide you with enough of a base around TIA that you can, should you choose, participate in TIA marketing, community development and practice. Graduates of the Content Certification are entitled to license TIA resources and materials for distribution.

| Level 2 - TIA Practitioner Certification |
|
|
The second level of TIA Certification is the Practitioner Certification Program. Where the Content Certification gave an overview of TIA, the Practitioner Certification Program deepens into personal, interpersonal, and group application of the materials toward life increase and catalying opening and fulfillment on the planet. In addition to priviledges provided at the lower certification level, registered TIA Practitioners are authorized to offer TIA workshops and earn income using TIA materials provided they conduct independent business development, however they are not yet endorsed / promoted as tested and qualified coaches. |

| Level 4 - TIA Master Coach Certification |
|
|
TIA Master coaches are cream-of-the crop, having demonstrated their mastery with a minimum of 3 years' experience as TIA Certified Coaches (300 TIA Coaching Hours), or having graduated from the TIACCP and having completed a minimum of 5 years as a coach/trainer. In addition to priviledges provided at lower certification levels, registered TIA Master Coaches qualify for "train-the-trainers" opportunities, conducting Level 1-3 courses, as well as receiving first-consideration for leads, referrals, and paid opportunities. Many TIA Master Coaches continue into TIA business partnership, enjoying profit sharing as our network grows.
